Red spot in baby eye
Hello Dr. My baby girl is 3.5 month old and today I noticed red blood like dot in her eye may be she pinged her finger nail. She sometime rub her eyes. I have attached image of eye please guide

This is a small subconjuctival hemorrhage most probably due to injury because of her finger nail it will resolve on its own in 15 days. Just observe her that she is seeing things around her properly...if not then contact nearest ophthalmologist.

The picture looks like a focal Small Subconjuctival hemorrhage It is self resolving in 2 weeks and doesnt require any treatment

Its like subconjunctival hemorrhage . Yiu can put E/d tobramycine 3 times a day to double checked the infection. No need to worry it will resolve spontaneously in few days..
