Hii my daughter is three months old and from yesterday in her left eye a small red spot is seen on white part what is it?

Is looks like small bleeding due to injury. Better get examined by retina specialists. If there is only sub conjuctival bleed, you dont have to worry as it will resolve in 3 weeks mostly.

Don’t worry..this red spot can be due to nail injury by the baby herself
Use tobramycin eye drop 4 times a day to prevent any infection
If the red spot increases in size or eye starts watering- get the baby examined by ophthalmologist
