Redness of the eyes with preceding sensation of dust entering the eye could be conjunctivitis. However it is not safe to use any over the counter medicine. Please consult with and eye doctor or initiate a tele consultation so that we may see your eye in person before prescribing more appropriate eye drops.
Next Steps
Consult with local ophthalmologist or initiate video teleconsultation

What you are experiencing are symptomsnof an allergic response to the foreign body that has entered your eye. Pleases use Olopat-KT eyedrops 4 times a day for 15 days along with Optive eyedrops 4 times a day for 15 days.
Next Steps
It is necessary to emsure that there is no retained foreign body in your eye, and this mandates a visit to your eyecare specialist. This can only be ascertained after a clinic based eye checkup.
Health Tips
