My 10 months baby suddenly developed red spot in left eye no discharge only sometimes she is rubbing .. is it ok any drops tobe used since few days she is rejecting solids otherwise milk feeding playing is same

Looks like subconjunctival haemorrhage. Will heal in few days Can use eye drop tobramycin 4 times a day to prevent any infection
