Burning eye watering
Hello doctor,
For the past 2-3 days, I've been experiencing a severe burning sensation in my left eye along with constant and excessive watering. I've never experienced something as such nor do I have any known allergies. Only my left eye is affected. Right one is completely fine. No other symptoms. Splashing cold water gives relief for just a few seconds. Please suggest what to do.

It can be due to dryness of eyes in winter, or due to pollution...
Put eyedrop acupat two times a day, eyedrop normotears 3 times a day for 1 month.
