Zone 3 , Stage 1-2 ROP. Need laser. ?

Hello Everyone, My twin babies were born before time at 31 weeks of gestation. Initially at 34 weeks both have zone 2 , stage 2 Rop. and then on 36 week screening one of the baby  diagnosed with Ap-rop and anti-vegf injection was given. But after that both shows some regeression in stage and zone vascularization gradually improved. And now at 47 weeks of gestation one baby has zone 3 vascularized stage 1 and doctor said only 2 clock hours left to vascularized. For the other baby who have gone through anti-vegf get one eye fully vascularized and other eye left with 2-3 clock hours in zone 3 with stage 1-2. Please suggest if we can just keep an follow up until complete vascularization or we might need laser. ?
