My nephew he is 1 year old.In his eye near eye pupil has some black colour surrounding.Why it looks black is it something serious.When he came in Pune as he was staying in raigad his eyes was pure white and clear around the eye pupil but when he came in Pune his eyes were black near eye pupil and some greyish colour in eye white.what is the reason.why it's happening.is this serious. Should we show to doctor.
