Eye scratch maybe

After i woke up this morning ,washed my face . Could feel there is something inside my eye ,but there is nothing .it is hard to blink and also teary eyes And also washes my eyes with cold water again .It is impossible to look at the laptop as I have to work .Some quick solution please .And side part of my eye is red.

This could be a corneal erosion. You need to latch your eye for a couple of hours or use a bandage contact lens. See your doctor to perform fluorescence staining of cornea to confirm the diagnosis
