I recently had an chalazion on my right eye which was removed, now on the left eye ,one pimple has appeared since 1 week, and it is not draining out, I am regularly applying warm compress followed by massage, what should I do next, it is not painful anymore but the pimple is big in size.

Doctor has  prescribed my father for cataract surgery below thing "Phaco Emulsification with PCIOL( left) in local anaesthesia." I am not able to understand the above line. I wanted to use Alcon acrysof iq monofocal lence.(monofocal toric Alcon acrysof  iq) What is the difference between Alcon acrysof iq and PCIOL(mentioned above). Please help.

My father (60) recently had a cataract surgery on his right eye with an Eyhance IOL. His left eye is good enough for him to be able to read fine print. Will it be okay if he gets his 2nd cataract surgery after 6-7 months? As he doesn't want to lose his near vision which is pretty good on his left eye.

Whenever I see my glasses through the light I find round small and big greenish spots on my glass. There are no scratches on glass...and nothing blurry to see . But they are visible when I see them on light ...can I use my glasses or I have to replace them?
