Eye drop act on surface of eye. Not on lens. Slight impairment of vision, for few minutes, can happen after eye drop instilation.

The lens does not absorb the eye drops. Most lubricating eye drops have surface action with minimal penetration into the eye. Dry eyes causes blurring of vision, hence eye drops improve vision by treating or correcting the dry eye component.
Next Steps
Continue lubricating eye drops
