Doctor I'm feeling excruciating pain in my eyes often accompanied by a sense of irritation.. I got my eyes tested for power but it was ok.. I work in front of desktop for 8 hrs a day.. Can I use eye tone eye drops? Is it because of d job dat I'm suffering this?

I have a habit of studying till late night and i wear specs...recently i have noticed that when i wake uo my eyes burn and they burn the entire irrespective of the n no of times i wash my eyes with cold water and my eyes feel heavy but at night its quite normal my eyes dont burn...im not getting it what is the problem?

My eye sight is very poor. Right eye has a power of -10 and left, around -8.5. I have cylindricity in my eyes as well
Without spectacles, I'm practically blind. Can I be cured through laser treatment, retinal/lens transplant, etc.?
If not in India, are treatments available abroad?
