Hi.. I am facing an itching eye issue for last 2-3 days. In morning i have very little mucus developed along the edges.. Irritation is not constant it occurs hardly twice to thrice in a day but when it occurs it itches really bad. When i try to itch during that my eye lid appears red for a while. Why is it so ?

Always Eyes get watery
My eyes always gets watery when I see any
light or glowing objects(cell phone,TV,PC,lights) or cannot tolerate rooms with lights opened. While driving I cannot see properly . I eyes get closed and they are nearly too sensitive . I don't know .? Is it a allergy or its not normal .

Cataract is detected in both the eyes. Is it recommended for both eyes operation in one time or separately? If separate what is minimum gap for operation for one eye to other eye?
Can this be done as a day care procedure? If not how many days it will have to get hospitalised.
