Dr I have high myopia and progressive myopia having power -17D and -10.5D , my opthalmologist told me that screen time or near work activities ( reading , using digital devices ) only effects in childhood means it does not lead to more change of glass power at this age. so is that true ?

Laser eye surgery
I'm getting SMILE laser eye surgery on Monday and I'm currently on Zocef, chymoral AP and flagyl 400mg for another condition.
Would this interfere with the surgery? Should I finish the course of all these medicines and then go ahead with the surgery or it won't be an issue to get the surgery while on these medicines?
