Vision is focusing on a particular object filtering out other objects within a eye view . If one eye troubles to see one object by not filtering out other objects within a eye view then what problem it could be called?

Query Regarding Eye Pressure
I Have Recently gone through ICL Surgery(on November)
I had recently Done my eye check up and found that my eye pressure was 23 and 25 for each eye.
Is this common scenario?
I checked with my doctor they said it is normal.
Could you please let me know whether it cause any implications in future?
