Itchy eyes
Please help am always itching my eyes and I feel this sensation to always scratch all the time visited an eye doctor so she gave some eye drops and prescribed glasses I have used the eyes drops as well, but is stil there, so I wanted to ask will the glasses help me out?? Because I want to go get one

Avoid rubbing
Maintain hygiene
Blink more
Drink water adequately
Cold compression
Cold water lavage
Follow rule of 20-
Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance
Reduce brightness of the screen
Away from AC Airflow
Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel
Wear glasses outside
Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3)
Avoid second hand smoke
May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
