Screen time issue
Dr I have high myopia and progressive myopia having power -17D and -10.5D , my opthalmologist told me that screen time or near work activities ( reading , using digital devices ) only effects in childhood , it does not effect after 18 yrs of age , is that true or not

May be your doctor has told that it will not lead to more glass power change at this age
But dryness may occur
