My corneal thickness is 475 right eye and 485 left eye. Wanted to opt for lasik surgery Pls suggest,if possible Eye sight is minus 9

I am suffering from short sight and my left eye has got a power of -2.50 D. I am instructed to wear spectacles.my left eye is a lazy eye.Will my left eye be able to attain normal vision? how long does it take? my right eye is using plane glasses.I am not suffering from squint.

Hi Doctor, 3 days ago I felt like some dry Fevicol went into my eyes. I washed it with water. I felt some irritation for about 4-5 hours. I put some lubricating eye drops (Lubrex) and now my eye feels perfect. Do I need to do anything else?

My mother was attacked by a rooster when she was very young due to which she has lost vision in one eye. The rooster pecked her directly in her eye leaving a white scar right across. Previous checks state that her retina and optic nerves are fine but vision is impaired due to a scar across her cornea. Is there any procedure that can help regain vision? I have been reading about corneal transplants, is that a viable option for her? If yes, then what would it cost and what is the recovery period?

I am 39 years old and into my 5th day of conjunctivitis. Taking eye drop ciplox 4 to 5 times a day for last 5 days and levoday 500 once a day for last 3 days. No progress, please help.

I am 38 male and suffering from PK from almost 6 months. Doctors have prescribed me atleast 20 different eye drops, few to be named are Lotepred, refresh gel, tear drops, toba, toba-f, and fml, when fml is used i feel good, but, problem arises when these steroids are stopped. I dont know what to do and how to get rid of this. I am been treated by well known doctors but no result. Please suggest and advice if this is curable and how. Tks
