I have had blunt trauma to my rt eye .My rt eye pupil is still dilated reactive to light but remains much larger as compare to left. I cannot focus on nearby things. Is there any treatment for this.I heard about pupiloplasty (iris cerclage).Is it option for this or any other better.

Right Eye shifting inside
