Traumatic mydriasis
Mydriasis in rt eye due to blunt trauma.Large pupil difficult to focus on books bright light.Any treatment .Heard about iris cerclage Is it better to correct this.

Hello.......Traumatic mydriasis (pupillary dilatation) occurs when there are small tears to the sphincter muscle of the iris.For isolated traumatic mydriasis no specific treatment is indicated since the condition often resolves spontaneously.... If not you have to consult ophthalmologist to explore underlying cause.
