RE:Almost constant Mydriasis
I'm on antidepressants medication (Cymbalta) and my drink was spiked with MDMA on Saturday. My pupils are still pretty big, but have gone back to normal twice. When I wake up in the morning (I take my meds at 6pm), they're huge and have gone back to normal twice. I don't know how serious this is. Realised my other description wasn't very good haha

antidepressants do cause  mudriasis ,which is temporary. consult your  psychiatrist.
