A food particle is stuck in my friends eye. Its clearly visible on the pupil. We tried removing it through cloth and eye drops. What should we do ?

Hi Is corneal topography required for suggesting the power of spectacles in normal course when no surgery is being in consideration. Also what is typical cost of the same.

For last 3 days I am having swelling in left eye lid, the lower part, also having pain. Swelling in slightly increasing day by day.

Dear doctor, I use lens..Please guide me with the precautions I need to take..Like is there any risk if I go to Barbecues(once in 3 months) wearing lens? Or to any water park may be once in a year? I take care of proper hygiene though while wearing and removing it.
