I am having headache and my power glasses are not sufficient to see the things clearly. It's powers are - 1. 25 D and - 0.25 D on the left eye and right eye respectively.

Myopic power increases with 21 yrs in male , you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & get your glass  changed.
