One is becoming small compared to other one. As i see in my photographs it is clearly visible..what might be the reason? What should i do?

Red eyes, burning continuous water flow from the eyes. Headeache cause of the same. Itching of the eyes as well. Cant even open the eyes.

Suddenly my wife got one of her eyes smaller. She was doing dance practice and has less sleep. But one day when she woke up her right eye had become shall in size.
