I've having irritation in my right eye since an hour. When looked from close there was a outgrowth on eyelid like a small pimple on both upper and lower eyelid.. What should I do to get rid of it?

Few days ago I had pain in left eyeball. No redness or watery discharge. Then had no pain for a day or two. Then it started paining again although not constant.
