Righ eye smaller than left eye

Eye ball movement is not smooth
I got specs in march 17. Power is -0.5 and axis = 80. from some time i feel like there is something in both of my eyes. The movement of eye balls don't feel to be smooth. There is nothing in the eye. I feel pain just above the eyes and dryness in the eyes. I have observed that my vision has changed since june.
