I am 26 yrs female having dilated pupil ...doctor gave reason of weak eye nerves due to not geting proper nutrition. Can I take supradyn for eyes?

I have problem in my left eye.in last two days i feel that with my left eye i cant see properly any picture i cant reading with left eye what was the problem even i cant see the straight picture or picture that see its like turning its like warmhole

I have been suffering from severe eye burning since two weeks ,consulted an ophthalmologist prescribed me glasses due to refractive error ( rt-.25 110 degree lt-0.5 90 degrees )even after wearing glasses my burning sensation continues which is more on watching tv or in front of projector ...no watering of eyes ,discharge ,reddening ,itching .
