Right eyelid twitching/flickering

Retinal detachment.
Dear doctors thank you for response. As per doctor retina is shrinking. Even eye is shrinking fast.On July I had the last check up and the pressure was 8mmhg and regarding vision,there is no vision in fact no light perception also.

Retinal detachment.
I had undergone retinal detachment surgery with silicon oil.But after removal of oil retina detached again within a month.Now eye is shrinking heavily. Is there any possible way to save the eye ?

History of trauma to eye 4 days back
Was hit in the eye by a friend 4 days back .conjunctival Redness was present which reduced after 3 days. Now there is frontal and temporal headache with eyepain also.

Accidentally stabbed my eyeball!
I was cleaning and didn't see a piece of 18 gauge wire ....as I bent down, i ran right into it ....with my right eye!! It hurt alot, and then 20 minutes later it felt better. Fast forward 24 hours, hurts super bad. It is now incredibly blood shot, you can see a raised lump where it was stabbed and hurts. No insurance, no $. Help me please!
