Right eye pain
My right eye is in pain for the last 10 days ans water is oozing out of it.its not that much sever but sometimes i feel dirt like substance in my eye causing itching and discomfort

There is upper lid swelling due infection , you may take L-cin 500 mg one tab daily x 5 days + tab combiflam one tab twice daily + Neosporin eye ointment to apply locally 3-4 times for at least a week .

your upper lid seems to be inflamed. maybe due to stye. do hot foamentation and put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and take antibiotics and anti inflammatory tab e.g. diclogesic and ciplox 500 twice daily.
