I have dark circles under eyes since 4-5 years. Is any treatment  available in homeopathy for removing dark circles?

I have red, itchy eyes that were sore initially. It first happened to one eye and then the other. It looks like pink eye. At the same time I have been feeling weak and tired with headaches.

My right eye retina is in pain for last 10 days ,its not severe but causing trouble and tear is continuously coming from it

Hi recently I shot a sudden head ache and I visited a doctor. He checked my eye and ask me that I have -0.5 cylinder and 115 degree axis. And he suggest me a glass. Next day the hard ache is gone. Do I really need a glass?Does -0.5 cylinder and 115 axis need to be corrected with lenses? I am a software professional and using computer regularly. Please suggest.
