My doctor prescribed me Ecomoist ultra eyedrops(3 months, 4 times a day). I've been using it since a month. Someone(who also underwent Lasik) suggested me to use systane ultra eyedrops. So can I use systane ultra eyedrops now? Without asking my Doctor? Or should I ask my doctor. Or continue with ecomoist? The contents seem to be same though. Thank you.

I am suffering from eye problem since 2008 . But no development after taking medicine or glass. Its getting worse my eye power changes within a month. I can't control the head ache as well. It hurts bad. My leg or hands starts vibrating as well.

I have been using in my eyes drops with dexamethasone (corticoid) during the day and a cream with neomicin (antibiotic) and prednisone (another corticoid) and Im worried they cant be uses together or they might do damage to my eyes. Thank you
