Feeling pain in eyes while watching computer screens and mobile from yesterday evening. Head ache is also there due to the same.

please get your eyes testing done and use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. don't watch mobile and tv in excess.
Next Steps
close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
