I feel like my vision in left eye has reduced slightly or gone little dark in other words and also experiencing mild pain in the eye occassionally if I try to focus too much. I just want to know what could be the cause and could this lead to serious problem?

I am male of 26 years old. I have dark circles spread around my eyes extensively. My eyes are appearing hollow and so the dark circles appear more. Also my under eye skin appear lifeless and flaky.
