My left side eye always flap when I think negatively then its flapping is very fast can any problem that case

Please help me, my son is suffering from eye infection due to which high fever arises and he is not able to open his full eye and his eyes are red. He is 8 years old.

From last 2 months my right eye become blurr and there is irritation at the corner of eye. Intensity of light sensitivity fluctuating in the right eye. Alao in ealry morning I feel littlbut heavyness in the eight eye and hard sticky substance in the right eye. What should I do and what would be the solution for this. I visited opthalmologist regarding this after performing lot of test I didn't get satisfactory solution over this and experiencing same thing in the rigt eye.

I have to take specs removal surgery but because of thin cornea cant opt LASIK. So doctor Suggested SMILE. but now I have read some cons of SMILE .There is one more CONTOURA VISION considered to be the best. can you please guide me, with thin cornea, what should i opt for
