Recenty did eye test.my num -6left eye.-4.5right eye. Doctor said slight variation in power+weak eye nerve.suggest eye nerve test.what is problem

Recently done eye test doctor said slight variation. suggest for eye nerve test .whats the problem?i am worried

Since 5 days I am having head ache some times eye lids also paining nerves around eyes are paining Head ache means only side of head and back of the head is paining Muscle between shoulders and neck are paining Some times some sound is coming from ears grime one side to another When these are all happens hands also paining Please tell me the solution I am suffering a lot from these head ache and eyes pain

In my eyes continuously and automatically tears are coming so what should i do doctor please help me and it doesn't irritate
