So many dust and waste particles went into my eyes sometimes my eyes will gets pain

I was wearing glass from school days itself for myopia with-6 in both eyes. I have done lasik laser surgery 10 yrs back. But that time my doctor told regarding cylindrical border(I forgot technical term) I am working in software and I don't think want to wear glasses. Can I do laser again. Or any technology enhancement available. I need to take doctor appointment next weekend. But asking suggestions. Please guide regarding treatment available and cost. I need a permanent solution than glass or lens.

Hi I get these small bumps, looks like pus/fluid filled in my upper eyelids margin. I get these often and it goes away. Just feels like something is stuck in my eye causes irritation. Is this a hordeolum? If so how to avoid this? Pic is attached

Hi- I am 27 YO working professional. I have been using contact lenses for over 8 years and wear contact lenses for at least 8 hours everyday. Lately, my eyes have started getting red majorily. As prescribed by my doc I have been using FML-T and Eyemist (3-4 times a days) but still the redness isint going and the eyes get watery as well. Pls help and suggest quick solutions. Thansk.

In eyes red showing in 1 particular place near to retina. What's affect coming due to this and consulting with whom.

Eight months ago I got glasses of -1 for first time. After 8 months it has increased to -1.25 for both eyes. I personally think that I got glasses because dryness due Tube light bulbs. ( As I had joined coaching class for my 12 standard and in a hall of 10 * 20 ft there were 3 tube light. Because of this my vision started getting blurry). What can I do now??

I am 25 years old,I have done my LASIK surgery before one month that time my RE power was shere-1.75, cylinder-2.00, axis180 and LE power was shere-1.25, cylinder-2.00, axis170 and now dr. said that I have cylinder power in my both eye -0.50 on RE with 20 axis and -1.0 on my LE with 170 axis.she said no need to wear spects on daily use only wear spects when you are working on a computer your power will not increase if you wear spects then within six months your power will be over.
