I have sunken eyes since 10 months and day by day it is becoming worst and im.only 16 years old how to get rid out of this?

I have burning sensation in my left eye since the past two years.Earlier,it used to happen when I stayed up late in the night or worked on the computer,watched TV or studied for long hours.But now even when i get up after a long night's sleep,my eye starts hurting in a few hours.I consulted 3 different doctors and have been diagnosed with dry eye.My doctor recommended REFRESH LUQUIGEL EYE DROPS 4 times a day and it gets all better when i use the drops,but the problem again comes back once i stop using them.I also have slight refractive error in both eyes for which i have attached the prescription for glasses but want to know if it is absolute necessary to wear them and is there no permanent cure to this problem.Also i heard that having omega 3 fatty acid supplement helps in curing dry eye.So which supplement is the best and safest?The other medication i am on is EPOSOFT (soft gelatin capsules of gamma linolenic acid) and EVION 400 (vitamin e capsules) for pre menstrual breast pain.

But the problem again starts if i stop using the drops. I am also advised warm compresses with cotton soaked in warm water for five minutes once a day. I also have slight refractive error in both eyes for which i have attached the prescription for glasses. I want to know if it is  absolute necessary for me to wear glasses? Can glasses cure or worsen the eyesight or are they just meant to correct the vision for the moment. My most important question is that which OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID SUPPLEMENT is the best and safest and how much dosage should I take? I want to get rid of specs without laser treatment or harsh chemical eye drops. I m using specs since 2017. N now I don't want to use it any longer.

I am having itching in my eye. I tried using eye drop like itone. It is in both the eyes.

I have swollen eyes since yesterday. It's not hurting unless I touch it. It's a bit swollen not much. But in the morning there was dirt surrounding my eyes.

Please suggest a remedy my under is puffy for a long tym and it ruins my whole face . I consulted a doctor who told me to wear spec as i mi8 hav power . But it doesnt work out for me still it seems to be the same please suggest a remedy . Mu eyes are sometine burning or sometines too chill or somtimes i am not able to view computers if they are brifht please suggest a remedy

I have check up my eye and got vission in left eye 6/36. Is it's become in good condition. And what is the best precautions for it.

My eyes sometimes change shape.I have damaged eye nerve.My eyes got damaged while my mom was giving birth to me.Can that be somehow related to that disease related to eye nerve with this symptom?I had a regular doctor appointment 3 months ago since i go to my eye doctor once a year and then i didn't ask anything because i didn't realize it back then and the doctor didn't mention that disease or anything new,it was a regular check up.

I realized in past few weeks that my eyes occasionally changes shape.Few days ago i woke up and my crease was high,big and almond (i have almond eyes),It was just a little bit smaller the next 2 days but it looked the same and then in the middle of the third day my crease was small,low and round.I was born with damaged eye nerve,so can that be the reason why?Now they are almond and little high again,but they are not as big and as high like they were when i woke up few days ago.
