Eyesight issues
I have myopia in both my eyes. My right eye has -5 and left has -3.5. Please help me since my eye number is continuously increasing. Suggest me medications too for better eye health.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses Your power will increase till age of 19-21yrs of age and after that it will become stable

There is no medicine or exercise. At present you can use glasses only.

As your age increase your power increases upto 21 years.. after that it stabilise.. unfortunately there is no proven medicine for myopia.. after 21 yrs you can have a Lasik done
