Eye Care & Problems

My right eye has been watering for about a week now  it has become quite red and irritated right now. I have noticed that it does not happen when Im at home. however  both eyes get crusty and become slightly hard to open in the mornings.

When i get up i have soo much dry eyes soo that i have to use my eye drops to open eyes i got my relex smile surgery done like a month ago my doctor checked he said i dont have dry eyes and i literally don't have it but during night its all mess my eyelids have dandruff kind of thing at its base and my eyelids inside feel little harsh over my cornea sometimes i use systane ultra regularly during day i dont have any problems but at morning i get up its all dry i fear its what will happen in summers when fans are on i read on Internet about belpharitis i think its same please guide something so thats its safe as i got my surgery done my eyes are still healing

I am seventeen year old. I have myopia 0.25 D I am wearing the prescribed lens should I wear them all the time. Is there any risk of further more sight. What should I do to stop it. I get headache in absence of them. Please answer
