My father has got following eyeglasses prescription : R : +0.75 D x 160 Degrees L : +0.50 D x 180 Degrees I need to upload this prescription to an online Eyewear site. So my question is what are the spherical, cylindrical and axis values in the prescription? I am confused whether the given measurement in Diopters is spherical and cylindrical. Please help.

Right eye: cyl is -1.25 Sph is -0.25 Axis is 180 Left eye: Cyl is -1.25 Sph is -0.25 Axis is 170 Can I reduce cylindrical power from -1.25 to -1.00 for contact lenses?
