Right eye looks smaller than my left eye
I had a partial corneal replacement operation in Sept 2016. My eyesight has come back t normal and all related problems have resolved but my right eye looks smaller than my left eye. Can u offer any suggestion or solution. I still visit my eye surgeon every 4 months

This appearance may have been present before the surgery as a small discrepancy between 2 eyes is normal, especially because the eye involved may have had some trauma / issue in the past. However, if there is no other abnormality then good vision is the main outcome we are looking for.
