Should I use Patanjali eye drop for improving eyesight as I want to join NDA. Plzzz suggest. That should I use Patanjali eye drop or not. I don't wanna get rid of spectacles but I just want to improve my eyesight. So should I use Patanjali ye drop or not

I wear soft contacts, and I find my eyes get dry and they hurt a little, can I use Refresh tears eyedrops while my contacts are on?? If not which eyedrops should I use? Should I take out my contacts and put on normal dry eyes drops and then wear them again? Or should I get proper rewetting eyedrops? Which is better?
