Eye Twiching and general question.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, Frequently I am getting eye problem in left eye. 3 months back doctor increased my spectacle power and now I have right eye -2.75, left eye -1.75. Since I have more power in left eye I fee heavier.is there any problem in future if there is power difference in both eyes? What would be the min reason for eye twitching and dark circles?How can I cure This? Thank you in advance!
