Eye pain followed by headache facial pain sometimes ear ache n jaw pain also . All possible reason for this

My left eye's cornia is not aligned to right eye's cornia from my birth. I want to ask that is it possible to align them in same order by any method. Can I know the medical term for this eye's impairment? Please reply.

From the last few years i am suffering from my right eye. I have concerned with many doctors but didn't get a good response means only a temporary relief i got by their treatment. I have checked on Google and find that the symptoms of dry eye syndrome is same as i am suffering from. So kindly provide me some guidance to overcome this problem permanently.
