I am facing eye allergies and eye redness from last 20 months . From last 10 days my IAM facing eye redness Iam using winolap eye drops

If you are having allergy constantly then first get the atmospheric allergy test done and avoid exposure to detected allergens. Use antiallergic e.g. olopatadine eye drops 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids and use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily.
Next Steps
Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome .
For that you will have to observe some precautions.

There is no permanent cure for allergy
Try
A. Avoid rubbing eyes
B. Cold compresses
C. Keep using winolap
D. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently
E. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases
