Hello sir today I have noticed a little pimple type thing inside my eyelid It's not on the eye ball It's not painfull, and no redness or itchiness is there I have never faced this problem before So I would like to ask what is this and should go for physical checkup or its just a normal thing? I am 26 yr old and I have exactly 4 floaters in both of my right and left eye, is it something I need to worry abou.btw iam highly myopic in both eye with same power(-14D) in both eye. I take daily carrot and beetroot juice. And sleep early but still floaters are there how do I get rid of them. I didn't notice them for long but after a casual talk with my friends they really frightened me a lot. Is it psychological? I am in an anxiety attack now, Kindly plz help me.

I have a problem of ibs constipation.sometimes I see light  floaters like jugoo.specially when I go for potty.can putting pressure during potty cause stress in retina also.i visited doctor and he checked eyes and found everything good.
