Can slight eye power be fully recovered through glasses ?? I have 20/19 and right eye power is -25 and left eye power is -50 can that be fully cured within months ??

Dear Doctor, I had a retinal detachment surgery a year ago. Everything is fine with my vision now but my eye is mild red permanently at the side of the scleral. It is the place where scleral buckle is fixed. By time, every part of eye got white, but the extreme sides of my eye is a bit mild red which looks annoying. Is there any possible medication or eye drop for problem listed?
