How long will it take for the corneal abrasion to completely heal and not recurring again? Cuz mine already happened 3x and it starts bothering me

Hello, My Opthalmologist has given me Aqualube Eye Gel ( Liquid Paraffin and white Soft Paraffin Eye Gel) by Ajanta pharma (Night) . 1) What is the use of this and for what reason they have prescribed this? 2) will this cause long term adverse effect on eyes? Please answer my both quesries. Thank you.

Hello, the first time i had a corneal erosion due to corner of shopping bag poke into my eyes, the second one was because of dry eye upon waking up, the lid stuck into cornea and lift up the epithelium. The third one was due to my son finger accidentaly poked into my eye and cause an rce. So i was wondering with my case of rce, will it occur again ? And how long will it heal completely? And how long will the epithalium grow and attach firmly to the cornea?

Since one week i have itching on my eyes.i tried splashing water many times and using eye drop as well but still the itchyness is not going off ...please suggest me whether i should see a physician or will it be okay and get well by eye drop.
