Can I get low vision disability certificate. my glaucoma disease is digonised in very early stage I am in medication. Please tell me how can I get disability certificate with these conditions I am confused

Sir, I wanted to ask u about ICL . I'm 18 years old and wanting to pursue my career as computer science engineer. I was diagnosed with kc an year ago. I went for c3r in my right eye and would be going for other in the next month. My doctor says that I have mild keratoconus and would do good with rgp lenses . As u know they are very uncomfortable so I have decided to get scleral lenses after my C3r next month. I want to get rid of keratoconus without lenses completely . Is ICL a good option .
