How much squint surgery can be helpful in no vision eye. Is it curable. My right has 30 degree exotrpia

My age is 28 yrs. I have -0.5 spherical and -0.5 cylindrical in left eye and -0.5 cylindrical in right eye. I work for long hours on computer. Please suggest should I wear eye glasses while working on computer. I usually wear the glasses while driving and watching TV. If I do not wear glasses while working on computer, sometimes I feel strain in my left eye. I have reduced blue light on laptop screen and my mobile phone through display settings. Will that help?
