My wife was suffering due to swelling on the right side eye near upper eye lash. She is getting pain due to that. This was started 3 days back.

Since the  last two weeks my eyes look tired and I feel sleepy throughout the day. I have to work on my laptop all day but I make sure I close all electronic gadgets two hours before going to bed. The condition still hasn't improved. I did an eye checkup yesterday and got to know that my optical power has changed by 0.25, but there was no other eye problem. Artificial tear eye drops also don't seem to work.

Is the laser went wrong.Will the laser complications be long term . Please answer my question. Please do not recommend consultation as I have consulted.

My father is going to have is next cataract surgery for left eye is on day after tomorrow, today doctor has advised me to place toric lens, his diaptore is 1.5 something, I don't know much about this, and his right eye is having monofocal lens my question is that can I place monofocal lens in the next eye too or I have to opt toric lens. I have financial issue thats y i m asking, can later with specs it's can be corrected father age 74
