Dear Sir, I had a retinal detachment surgery about 3 years ago. I have completely recovered from full vision loss due to detachment. But now after years, I have found that there is brown Arc Spot Below my cornea of the right eye developed after scleral buckling. This brown dotted spots fades away my aesthetic appearance of my eye. Is there any eye drop or medication to cure this issue?

My eyes are swollen and there is a small patch below the eye that looks like a burn . Initially it was only the burn kind of dry skin after two days swelling began not subsiding

Is there any method or procedure to be done which can help to reduce swelling or puffy eyes from crying? I am a 26 year old girl. Will cold water help in reducing? Applying any ointment or cream will be good? Puffiness is so obvious need to know how to immediately reduce the puffiness?
