Please tell me what is the meaning of the text written under advice of OPD report of calcutta medical college ( Regional institute of ophthalmology)

I have eyes pain and they have got red also since yesterday's evening. In evening some water was also coming. Pls suggest some medicine

Last week I did a trek at 14000 ft. of 3 nights. After waking up on 4th Morning, I noticed sudden appearance of thread like floaters in my right eye. After coming back to my home, I am also noticing a permanent bright spot on my left eye just above the line of vision. It is more visible while blinking the eye. This spot is noticable only in normal lighting conditions and is not noticable in darkness or bright lightning. What should be my further steps?

I get frequent headache and eye balls ache when I'm working with mobiles and laptop. Sometimes I feel difficulty in focusing things which are far off. Quite a sedentary lifestyle but cant help as my work demands to be such.

Hey guys, There seems to be some sort of pressure above my eyes and it's pushing the eyelids down restricting the field of vision. Around six months ago, I went to the eye hospital and after performing a few tests, the optometrists diagnosed me with accommodative dysfunction & exophoria and recommended Vision Therapy. But the pressure still hasn't subsided and the peripheral field of view is still restricted. There is also no complete Binocular Vision. What is going on? PLEASE HELP.

Past one week, i am redlines on the right side of the right eye... But there was no itching, burning, and water. But early morning hard boogers are coming out from eye. Any medicines...

For couple of weeks, my left eye has irritation and left eye lower eyelid is swollen . Right eye seem to be normal. There is hardness feeling in the eyes. Age 42 years no diabetes.

Yesterday a drop chemical perfume got into my eye. I wash it and things became normal. When I slept , there was eye irritation while I was sleeping. I rubbed the eye and in the morning, there is swelling in the eye. Is it serious and need immediate medical attention or shall I wait for a day and see it the swelling goes down. Any over the counter medicine for it.

How much squint surgery can be helpful in no vision eye. Is it curable. My right has 30 degree exotrpia
